4. Proprietary Rights
User acknowledges that the Amna Zaidi Services contain certain content (“Content”) that is protected by copyrights, trade marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. These rights are protected in all forms and media. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. If no specific restrictions are displayed, Users may make copies of select portions of the Content only for personal use and must maintain any notices contained in the Content.
5. Prices
Prices may change between the time items are added to the shopping cart and the time of purchase. If an item is incorrectly priced and higher than displayed at purchase, we may contact the user for instructions, cancel the order, or honor the incorrect price at our discretion.
6. United Kingdom Law
We are not responsible for any misuse of our products. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. All products must be used within the bounds of UK law.
7. Warranties

8. Delivery
Delivery is made within the estimated time at checkout. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Lost items will be investigated and resolved within 14 days. Notify us of any damage within 14 days of receipt.
9. Refunds Concerns

10. Right of withdrawal
Physical Books: Customers can cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product under UK law, unless the book is damaged or defective.

11. Children’s Privacy Policy
Users under 18 need parental consent. We do not collect data from users under 13. If we identify such data, we will delete it per UK data protection laws.
12. General Provision
Registered users receive a limited, non-transferable right to access the platform. All other rights are reserved.
a. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
b. Indemnity: Users agree to defend and hold Amna Zaidi harmless from any third-party claims arising from use of the service.
